Tea yard

my sister and i just got two drinks from teayard, a strawberry boba and a strawberry smoothie with boba. we were on our way back from the place to the car and the cup of the smoothie combusted and broke at the bottom. the drink spilled everywhere on my sister and in the car. no big deal, she goes in ask and the employees completely refused to make a drink. she told them the cup broke in the car and if they would be able to remake it and they stared and laughed at her. she asked for the manager and they would not say who the manager was. the manager eventually did come out but did nothing about it. he just sat there and said she would have to buy another. employees and manager were totally disrespectful. ignorant to sit there and laugh. we both work with customers and totally understand if a customer comes in yelling and being rude it was totally disrespectful that the employees sat there and laughed. this place sucks. so rude, do not go there no customer service.

So glad I stopped here! Their milk tea is fantastic, and they allow you to customize your sugar and ice levels. The boba is great, too. They give you just the right amount! I placed an order ahead and it was ready to pickup in 5 mins. The little monster designs are super cute. There's a parking lot in the back of the building or limited street parking right next to it. I will definitely be returning in the future!

This is our favorite Oak Lawn treat. We've tried almost everything on the menu over the past few years and have so many favorites. We always order online and I love that we choose the sweetness level (we usually do the lowest). My kids love the bubblegum and cotton candy frappes. My favorite milk teas are the Thai, Lavender, Earl Grey, and Papaya. The fruit teas are great with real fruit. The Butterfly Pea is beautiful. We haven't had any fails here :)
